Capote
By Piotr Wiwczarek - Polish Death Metal Band Vader’s lead singer

If you’re gonna critisize my voice for being stupid - take a load of this faggot’s voice. What was he thinking. I talk in a low voice, which is cool because it’s low and manly. This faggot, he talks really high, and it bugged me throughout this whole thing.

But, the murder stuff was cool. It reminded me of this one song I did on our first demo Morbid Reich, about murdering a family. You know, shit like this just proves it. Life is pointless, we are just going to die and that is it, darkness is the only way. This is real too, this whole movie.

It didn’t have a pulse, though, it was just static. It needed a solo, a guitar solo. You can criticize me for breaking music rules with our solos, but I’ll tell you this, there are no rules, they don’t exist, they are a barrier put there by the establishment to cement in your mind what sounds good and what does not. And, I really think, you know, Poland being really separate from the west, yet, resistant to the east, we really remained independent in not collapsing into this pop bullshit.

Capote is just an attempt by those conglomerate money making, you know, corporations, attempt at a good movie. It’s not good though, I just see advertisements throughout the whole thing. I can feel them taking money out of my pocket while I’m watching this movie, my brain bleeds of sadness, and it is overridden by my anger.

Poland would never produce something like this. We may not have the budgets or the means, but we certainly don’t have the evil conglomerates who, you know, like steal from you by making you go see these advertisements. I feel like my eyes were raped.

Death Metal is not a style of music, it is a style of living, you have to live these values. The real evil in todays world lies in the boardrooms of these evil corporations, you know, who steal and rob everyone.

Fuck finishing this review, I’m gonna go fuck a fat fifteen year old groupie, VADER!
